Who Is PB&J?

PB&J has always meant something deeply personal to us.

Growing up, my daughter and I called each other Peanut Butter and Jelly… a simple nickname that reflected just how close we were. Thirty years later, that bond hasn’t changed. What has changed is the chapter we’re in, and PB&J Bites, Berries & Blooms was born from that lifelong connection, shared creativity, and a love of gathering people together around beautiful food.

This business represents a new beginning for me, one built on over three decades of experience in the organic retail food industry and catering world. For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes sourcing, selecting, and serving truly high-quality food, developing a trained eye for ingredients that are not only beautiful, but thoughtfully produced and worth savoring.

Food has always been about more than taste, it’s about the experience. I focus on elevated presentation, intentional design, and ingredient quality that can be seen and felt the moment you arrive at the table. Every detail is curated with care, creating food that invites people to slow down, connect, and enjoy something special.
